Brooklyn Oberg

Brooklyn is a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, planning to graduate in May 2028 with a B.S. in Nutritional Science and Dietetics. After graduation, she intends to pursue a master’s degree and become a certified dietitian. Brooklyn joined the Bolling Lab in Fall 2025, where she studies the bioaccessibility and bioavailability of cranberry polyphenols. Outside of academics, she enjoys going on walks, reading, spending time with friends and family, trying new foods, and visiting coffee shops. She dreams of one day living on the coast and owning a combined bookstore and café.
