Zane Brinnington

Zane is a junior food science student at UW Madison expecting to graduate in 2025. He began working in the lab via a research course in the summer of 2023 as a mentee of David, learning how to use liquid chromatography mass spectrometry to identify and analyze the molecules within numerous dairy products. Zane works with food outside of the lab as well, as a staff member of Memorial Union’s Der Rathskeller. In his free time, Zane enjoys writing, reading, watching movies, and biking.
